A fairly detailed tutorial takes you through the ins-and-outs of the controls, but nothing about the game feels overly complicated whilst there are things to learn and get used to, movement is simple and it’s easy to line up both ranged attacks and close-range fire-breathing when pursuing rival players. Players play as one of three different classes (Marauder, Windguard and Phantom) and ride a dragon, which they can use to boost through the skies, weave between obstacles in their path, and, of course, blast attacks at rival players. In fact, it is one of the most impressive free-to-play titles that I’ve played, with the stunning airborne dragon-battling action keeping me engrossed for hours on end so far.
